Prefabricated substations feature multiple safety designs, resulting in excellent overall safety performance and effectively protecting personnel, equipment, and the surrounding environment.
Structural and Protective Safety
Fully Enclosed Steel Structure: Utilizing double-layer sealed steel plates and flame-retardant insulating partitions, the outer casing has an IP55 protection rating, providing dustproof, waterproof, and small animal protection, avoiding short-circuit risks.
Heavy-duty Anti-corrosion Treatment: Metal components undergo sandblasting, hot-spray zinc coating, and multi-layer painting. The external zinc layer thickness reaches 80μm, and the total paint film thickness is 220μm, ensuring no rust for 25 years and adapting to harsh environments such as coastal salt spray and high humidity.
Strong Fire Resistance: Wall panels are filled with Class A fire-resistant and heat-insulating materials, with a fire resistance limit of up to 3 hours, meeting the requirements of GB 50016 fire protection standards.
Electrical and Operational Safety
Five-Prevention Interlocking Mechanism: The high-voltage room is equipped with a mechanical five-prevention interlocking function to prevent accidents caused by misoperation and ensure the safety of maintenance personnel. Intelligent Temperature Control and Heat Dissipation: The transformer room is equipped with a temperature control system that automatically activates exhaust ventilation or air conditioning when the temperature exceeds the limit, ensuring stable temperature during full-load operation and preventing overheating failures.
Reliable Grounding: Grounding resistance ≤ 4Ω; each compartment has an independent grounding terminal to ensure personal and equipment safety.
Environmental and Layout Safety
Fire Distance Compliance: Distance from civil buildings ≥ 3 meters; the same distance from factory buildings is recommended to avoid the risk of fire spread.
Electromagnetic Protection Compliance: The recommended distance between the outdoor prefabricated substation and the exterior wall of residential buildings is ≥ 20 meters to ensure an electromagnetic field strength below 10V/m, complying with JGJ 242-2011 standard.
Seismic Fortification: The structural design has a seismic intensity of ≥ 8 degrees, meeting GB50011 specifications and suitable for earthquake-prone areas.
