1. Does it comply with authoritative standards and certifications? Compliance is a fundamental threshold for reliability. The key verification criteria are whether the following standards have been met:

International Standards: IEC 62271 series (e.g., IEC 62271-1 General Standard for High Voltage Switchgear)

National Standards: GB 3906 "3.6kV～40.5kV AC Metal-Enclosed Switchgear"

Key Components:
