(1) The cabinet frame is partially welded and assembled from 8MF cold-formed steel. The frame has mounting holes arranged in modules of E=20mm and E=100mm to improve the versatility of product assembly.
(2) The ZMJ type busbar clamp, thermoplastic molded from high flame-retardant PPO material, has a modular structure with high mechanical strength and insulation.
(3) Cabinets with widths of 1000mm and 1200mm feature a symmetrical double-door structure on the front, while cabinets with widths of 600mm and 800mm feature a single-door structure. The rear of the cabinet also features a symmetrical double-door structure. The cabinet structure is designed for installation without wall support.
(4) The cabinet door uses galvanized pivot hinges to connect to the frame, making installation and disassembly convenient. Rubber strips are present at the folded edges of the door.
(5) The mounting components inside the cabinet are connected to the frame using grounded knurled screws to form a complete grounding protection circuit.
(6) The top cover of the cabinet can be removed when needed, facilitating the assembly and adjustment of the main busbar.
