Proper operation of low-voltage switchgear requires following the entire process of "safety preparation → standardized operation → inspection and recording." The core principle is "power off the main switchgear first, then the branch switchgear; power on the branch switchgear first, then the branch switchgear," and strict adherence to personal protective equipment and equipment inspection is essential. The following are specific operating guidelines:

Pre-Operation Preparation and Safety Protection

Personnel Qualification Confirmation: Operators must hold a special operation certificate for low-voltage electricians, be familiar with the equipment structure and electrical principles, and are strictly prohibited from operating without a certificate, while fatigued, or under the influence of alcohol.

Personal Protective Equipment: Wear qualified insulated gloves, insulated shoes, and a safety helmet. Wear goggles and insulated mats if necessary. All protective equipment must be within its validity period and undamaged.

Tool and Environmental Inspection:
Use calibrated voltage detectors, insulated operating rods, and other tools.

Clear debris around the switchgear to ensure unobstructed passage and adequate lighting.

Inspect the switchgear for deformation, unusual odors, and abnormal noises, and confirm that all indicator lights are functioning normally.

Task and Plan Confirmation: Clearly define the purpose of the operation (e.g., power supply, power outage, maintenance). For complex operations, a plan should be developed and a dedicated person should be assigned to supervise the operation. The "two-ticket and three-system" should be strictly implemented.
