The top of the bracket is connected to a square support plate, and each of the four corners of this plate is linked to the top plate through height adjusters. This metal-enclosed interrupter switchgear handcart is designed for ease of operation. On the side of the top plate facing the breaker compartment, two contact arms are fixed by a positioning plate. The spacing between these arms matches the spacing of the corresponding contact holes in the lower part of the breaker compartment.

The positioning plate is also equipped with a claw mechanism, which is connected to an operating handle through a linkage rod.
