AC metal clad switchgear is a 12kV AC medium voltage enclosed switchgear system designed for safe and reliable power distribution in industrial, commercial, and infrastructure projects. With independent compartments for circuit breakers, disconnect switches, grounding switches, and busbars, this metal clad structure provides higher operational safety compared with traditional open-type switchgear.

With 9 years of experience in high and low voltage electrical equipment manufacturing, our factory operates a 2,000㎡ standardized sheet metal production workshop equipped with CNC processing equipment and complete assembly facilities. A professional team of 40–50 skilled technicians independently completes the fabrication, assembly, wiring, and testing process of every AC metal clad switchgear unit.

The metal enclosure, vacuum circuit breaker, protection devices, and electrical components are strictly selected and assembled under our own production management system without outsourced manufacturing. We support customized solutions based on customer drawings, technical specifications, or physical samples. Before shipment, each AC metal clad switchgear undergoes 100% complete inspection, including insulation testing, circuit resistance testing, mechanical operation testing, and electrical performance verification. Third-party inspection is fully accepted. Every unit is supplied with a 1-year complete warranty.

During international transportation, if the switchgear cabinet body, vacuum circuit breaker, or internal electrical components are damaged, we will immediately evaluate the damage condition and provide original replacement components according to customer requirements.

The fully metal enclosed compartment design of our AC metal clad switchgear effectively prevents arc exposure and improves operation safety. With IP44 protection, it is suitable for indoor medium voltage distribution rooms, industrial plants, photovoltaic power stations, and municipal power projects. The product is widely exported to overseas markets including Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and other regions.

For standard products, payment terms are 30% deposit with balance payment before shipment. For customized AC metal clad switchgear, a 50% advance payment is required before production, and the remaining balance should be paid before delivery. Large-volume annual purchasing customers can receive preferential pricing support. Repeat customers enjoy priority production scheduling for faster delivery.

During production, we provide regular photos and videos covering cabinet fabrication, sealing assembly, wiring, and high voltage testing, allowing overseas buyers to monitor the complete production progress of their AC metal clad switchgear.
